Summary: The room I booked was nothing like what I got, the website showed view of the river, I had a view of the parking lot full of mud and dirt, no access to the river from the hotel had to drive 45 minutes to walk down to the river, AC was noisy bed was noisy, customer service not friendly

Summary: Harrahs used to be 5 star hotel but not anymore, just ok. Rooms need an upgrade. Dirty carpeting throughout the casino and the rooms, cracked tile in bathroom. Improve the air quality in the casino for non smokers. Too many kids in the casino. On the good side, the staff is extremely friendly. The restaurants are very clean and the food is good.

Summary: I went there to spend my ten year anniversary and from the very beginning there was problems. The staff was rude.They ignored me until there was a long line behind me, and the main person checking you in was very, very short and disrespectful. I booked the north tower, which I was told was the.Recently, remodeled one.It still looked like it was something from the nineteen fifties.You were honestly better off staying at the pioneer down the road than wasting your money with these people.They do not value you.They treat you poorly, and your experience will be horrific!

Summary: Stains dirt on walls was pretty groose as well in bathtubs. Water was off for about 2 hours and no one at the front desk answered phones the emergency line kept transfering me to with 0 assistance. The food was horrible. The resturants were more then gping tonthe buffet at Riverside. The jet skies is $300 plus for 2 hours plus u.dosclosed amount for fuel & taxes. Registration ladies were not friendly at all or even bother to ask how mybstay was. Wont be back nor recommended to my conpaby again.

Summary: I like staying at Harrah’s Laughlin because I enjoy their beach, clean water and always refreshing to take a dip, best in Laughlin imho. Parking is good, room was very comfortable and guy fieros Mexican restaurant is excellent. Best value for the buck for me. Slots we favorable to me this visit as well.,

Summary: Front desk was nice, room and bed was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and temperature. There were great food choices and a water taxi to take you around. The staff was very very helpful and kind. We have been to Laughlin four times and this was the best hotel we stayed in.

Summary: It was great for a weekend stay, there is only one place to eat late there so, beware. The cocktail servers at the machines ignored us the majority of the time, so that wasn’t great. Bell service was excellent! Jim helped us out and was on top of keeping our items available for us.
